Who handles my personal and payment details?
-Making a purchase is simple and secure.
Simply add items to your basket and then follow the checkout instructions. We do not store your personal and payment details on our system. Your Payment will be processed by PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

When will my order arrive?
-We aim to deliver your order in good condition as quickly and efficiently as possible. To avoid frustration and disappointment we give the following lead-times:
Orders for delivery within the UK, Northern Ireland & Channel Isles: delivery within 21 days. Orders for delivery outside the UK: delivery within 30 days.
How will my items be delivered?
-Orders for delivery withing the UK, Northern Ireland & Channel Isles will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For Orders outside the UK we will choose a reliable carrier, depending on the country the item(s) will be delivered to. Due to the cost of shipping items outside the UK, all prints will be delivered unmounted and unframed, delivered in a sturdy poster tube.
Can I withdraw from a purchase after my ordered goods have been delivered?
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee provided the item is returned undamaged in it's original packaging. We do not apply a P&P charge to your purchase and therefore cannot compensate you for any cost incurred in returning the item to us.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to us.
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

My order has been delivered, but the goods are damaged. What now?
We take great care in packaging your ordered goods to protect them from any damage during transit.
It is your duty to check this outer packaging for any damage before accepting the delivery by signing your name.
We advise you not to accept delivery of any goods where there is obvious damage to the outer packaging.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged because of an error on our part, then we will of cause replace the item or issue a refund provided that you contact us within 14 days of the date the item was delivered. We will, in such a case also reimburse you for the cost of returning the item(s). Due to the sizes of some of the items for sale on this website, it is important that you contact us by email or telephone before returning an item to us. We will reply to you ASAP and help in any way possible to resolve the matter to your full satisfaction.
We reserve the right not to issue replacements or refunds if you do not contact us within 14 days from the date the item was delivered. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
